WHAT DOES BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED MEAN?
With millions of people worldwide who are blind or who are visually impaired, only a small portion of them have no light perception. Some people see very well in certain circumstances and some may only see colors and patterns. For others, their field of vision is complicate and difficult to explain. For people whose vision is changing, it is not the fear of darkness but the fear of admitting that they are losing vision, which feeds their fear.
