Welcome to The Blind Center of North Carolina

The mission of The Blind Center of North Carolina is to educate blind and visually impaired citizens by providing opportunities that will assist them in reaching their personal, physical, mental and social goals to live a healthy and independent lifestyle.

The Blind Center of North Carolina is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, and provides its services to individuals without regard to socioeconomic status, race, religion, gender or age. The Blind Center of North Carolina is overseen by a Board of Directors and also maintains Client Representation through the Beaufort County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The Blind Center employs a minimal staff to keep administrative costs low. Additionally, we provide a variety of opportunities for volunteers and interns. The agency hosts several fund raising events throughout the year, and all contributions are tax deductible. ( Read More )
